Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying different sections of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing investigative release.
